Yes, and it's the only way we've ever taught. Classes run live over video, so the coach watches your child hoop and corrects her during the session — it isn't a recording. Hula hooping needs a hoop and a couple of metres of space, which makes it one of the few physical skills that transfers cleanly to an online class. Classes are built for children aged 4 to 12, and most of our students are between 4 and 9. Coaches are trained specifically for that age group rather than being general fitness instructors.
Yes — students in more than 40 countries, including the USA, UAE and the wider Gulf, the UK, Canada, Singapore and Malaysia. Batches are scheduled across time zones, and you can see the live batch timings before enrolling.
Trained hula hoop coaches employed by the academy, each working with a small batch so every child gets corrected by name. Four of them introduce themselves in the film above.
Up to two compensation sessions are scheduled with the same coach after the batch concludes. The full policy is published in our class guidelines — before you pay, not after.
