Onam is Kerala's grand harvest festival, full of pookalam colour, sadhya feasts and cultural performances — and a hula-hoop routine is a graceful, joyful addition to any Onam program. Over one live weekend, HoopStar coaches teach an elegant Onam-themed hoop choreography, with an easy version and a stretch version so beginners and confident hoopers both finish stage-ready.
By Sunday your child can perform at their school or society Onam celebration, or a family gathering — building coordination, rhythm and real performance confidence along the way.
