<h2>What we look for</h2>
<ul>
<li>Genuine warmth and patience with children (ages 4–18)</li>
<li>Strong command of your subject and the ability to break it down simply</li>
<li>A reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and a camera for live online classes</li>
<li>Commitment to showing up on time for scheduled batches</li>
</ul>
<p>Prior teaching experience is a plus but not essential — what matters most is the ability to make a child feel safe, seen and excited to learn.</p>
